Hello everybody and this week is really the 3rd week of the diet program. Curiously this diet program is still effectively under control without having food cravings or yearnings for sugary food items. In fact I noticed just how effective the suppresents happen to be in these drops, if that's the proper word to use because today I was on a course which offered food before you throughourt the day and several of the cakes appeared scrumptious!
I will concede I did consume one of the jelly babies however they left the dish looking at me throughout the lecture however what I was very happy with was indeed the reality that I merely consumed the one and I realise for sure that before these drops I'd have demolished the bowl over the day and would definitely have liked the cakes which are readily available during lunch break.
The only real disappointment to me this week was my weight loss but once I sat back and thought about it, I laughed.
I'm sure when you're dieting you'll get greedy in the sense that you anticipate spectacular results every week. This week I'd been initially frustrated to have merely lost 2lbs right up until I recollected that's 10lbs in only 3 weeks. In addition to that I realized earlier this week that my coat wasn't tight once i zipped it up earlier this week because i rarely zip up my coat and its usually rather snug so I know my body shape is changing which is what I was looking for.
And so I'm going to watch what occurs now in the Fourth week but the one thing I can certainly declare for certain is the fact staying on a diet hasn't ever been easier for me, so I realise that I am going to obtain the results I want.
3 additional pounds and I break the psychological hurdle of 12 stone to 11 stone something. I cannot wait
